I’ve always told my kids there are three things that you must focus on if you want to see a significant change in your physique.
Workout Consistently- I believe power and energy is memorized in places in time. I strongly encourage my clients to work out the same time in the same place every day. This creates a pattern for a body to grow and a habit for where we go.
Workout Properly- I provide a 90 day workout routine that is split into three different 30 day phases, phase 1 focuses on building your form, phase 2 focuses on increasing your strength and phase 3 focuses on getting toned.
Diet Correctly- we will come up with a customized diet that will fit into the goals that we establish on our coaching call. I tell all my clients THE BODY IS MADE IN THE KITCHEN!
